Let me tell you, this is such a pleasure and an honour. These days I find it difficult to pick up a traditionally published book after exploring the treasures in the world of self-publishing. From now until New Year&#8217;s Eve, I&#8217;m going to showcase my favourites. If your book is not on here, it doesn&#8217;t mean I didn&#8217;t enjoy it. It&#8217;s been a very difficult decision choosing these books! They&#8217;re also not in any particular order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Right, is that all my disclaimers out of the way with? I hope so!<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Split Therapy by E. P. If you haven&#8217;t picked up any of her books then stop reading right now, go and download one, and then come back.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Split Therapy is very different from Stavs&#8217; debut Shendri Series. However, it had me hooked from the first few pages. Believe me when I say I rearranged my plans for the day so I could finish this book in one sitting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The story focuses on Jane following a sexual assault. Jane&#8217;s struggling to get through each day in the aftermath. However, revenge has other plans.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">My Review<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Split Therapy has been one of the best books I&#8217;ve read this year. It&#8217;s hard to review this book without giving away too many spoilers. I just want to rave about it all. The characters are all wonderfully developed, likeable, and often relatable. Their emotions spring from the page and have you wanting to stand up for them. I love the way the story unravels, personalities are developed, and justice is served. I&#8217;ve read Stavs&#8217; Shendri Series and her writing is simply wonderful. I found myself instantly lost in the story and furiously flicking pages.
