Where’s your favourite place to write?:

In my chair with a blanket

 

How do you approach starting a new book?:

I start with free writing

 

What’s your favourite genre to read?:

Romance

 

Have you always wanted to write?:

No

 

What do you do when you have writer’s block?:

Pray

 

Tell us about a scene that you loved but had to edit out of your book:

I did not edit any scenes out

 

Do you like reading the same books you write?:

Yeah

 

Do write under a pen name? If so, tell us about how you chose it:

No

 

How do you choose your book’s title(s)?:

My book was a collaborative so the title was chosen for me.

 

What advice would you give to someone wanting to write their first book?:

Find a writing coach

 

Do you do research for your books? If so, what kind of research?:

This was my story so I did not need to research.

 

How do you fit writing into your everyday life?:

I do it in the evenings after work.

 

How do you approach ‘world building’?:

Imagine the emotions and then write to show the story to the readers

 

How do you handle criticism?:

Constructive criticism can help

 

Describe your perfect character to me:

She is strong and able to either weather the storms of life without becoming bitter.

I am a nurse and motivational speaker.

In my story I was the main character.

 

Would you want your book made into a film?:

I have only written a short story so it’s not really long enough as is to be a movie.
